Reputation Management

Turn settled cases into five-star reviews — automatically.

For PI firms, Google reviews are the single biggest driver of new client referrals after word-of-mouth. But asking for reviews is awkward, easy to forget, and hard to systematize. inTrial automates the entire process — when a case settles, your client receives a review request at the perfect moment. Happy clients are routed straight to Google. Less satisfied clients get a private feedback form first, giving you a chance to address concerns before they go public.

Smart routing protects your rating

Not every client will leave a 5-star review — and that's okay. Smart routing ensures that happy clients are directed straight to Google, while less satisfied clients get a private feedback form. This gives you a chance to address their concerns directly before they post publicly.

  • Simple star rating screen as the first step
  • 4-5 star ratings directed to your Google Business Profile
  • 1-3 star ratings routed to a private feedback form
  • Private feedback alerts your team so you can follow up personally
  • Significantly reduces negative public reviews

Frequently asked questions

When are review requests sent to clients?
Review requests are triggered when a case is marked as settled in inTrial. You configure the timing — most firms send the request 1-3 days after the client receives their settlement funds, when satisfaction is highest. You can also set up reminder sequences if the client doesn't respond to the first request.
How does smart routing work?
When a client clicks the review request link, they first see a simple one-question survey asking them to rate their experience on a 1-5 scale. Clients who select 4 or 5 stars are immediately directed to your Google Business Profile to leave a public review. Clients who select 1-3 stars are taken to a private feedback form where they can share their concerns directly with your firm. This protects your public rating while still giving you valuable feedback from every client.
Can we customize the review request message?
Yes. You control the subject line, message body, and branding of every review request. Personalization tokens automatically insert the client's name, their attorney's name, and case details. You can create different templates for different case types — a motor vehicle accident client might get a different message than a slip-and-fall client.
Does it work with Google Business Profile?
Yes. Connect your Google Business Profile directly to inTrial. Review requests link to your actual Google listing, and new reviews are pulled into your dashboard automatically for monitoring. You can manage responses to Google reviews directly from inTrial without logging into Google separately.
How does multi-location tracking work?
Each office connects its own Google Business Profile. inTrial provides a unified dashboard showing review counts, average ratings, and trends for each location side by side. Firm leadership sees the aggregate picture, while office managers can drill into their specific location. Review requests are automatically routed to the correct Google Business listing based on which office handled the case.
