Client Texting

Text your clients. From inside their case.

Your clients don't check email and they don't answer calls, but they respond to a text in under three minutes. inTrial Manage puts two-way SMS right inside each case, with templates, scheduled sends, and a shared conversation thread so nothing falls through the cracks.

Included in your subscription. Standalone tools charge $40–75/user/month for standalone legal texting.

Key capabilities

Template Library

Build your own library of text templates, such as appointment reminders, document requests, and status updates, with merge fields that auto-fill from case data.

Scheduled Sends

Queue messages for the perfect time. Send appointment reminders the morning of, or follow up after a medical visit, and edit or cancel any time before they go out.

Case Conversations

Every text lives in the case's conversation thread with timestamps and delivery status. Firms can also show inbound texts in the case activity feed.

Team Inbox

No siloed conversations. Everyone on the case can see the full text history, see who has read a thread, and pick up where a colleague left off.

Compliance

Clients can opt out any time by replying STOP, and inTrial Manage automatically blocks further texts to that number.

MMS Support

Clients can text you photos of accident scenes, medical bills, police reports, and other documents, and attachments are saved to the drive.

Frequently asked questions

How does texting work inside inTrial Manage?
From any case, you can open the conversation with a contact and start texting. Inbound messages from clients appear in real time and are matched to the correct case. Every message, inbound and outbound, lives in the case's conversation thread for the whole team.
Do we get a new phone number?
No. Your firm texts from its existing business number. inTrial Manage hosts that number for texting and registers it for carrier approval (10DLC), so clients keep texting the number they already know.
How do clients opt out of texts?
Clients can reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time. inTrial Manage records the opt-out and blocks any further texts to that number. Getting your clients' consent to receive texts remains your firm's responsibility.
