Case Management

Every case detail, one platform. From intake to settlement.

PI cases generate a lot of information: medical records, insurance policies, defendant details, liens, expert reports. Most firms scatter this across other case management systems, spreadsheets, Outlook folders, and legal pads. inTrial Manage puts every detail on a single case page with more than 30 configurable tabs, so your team always knows exactly where to look.

Included in your subscription. Standalone tools charge $100–200/user/month for standalone case management.

Deadlines

Missing a statute of limitations is malpractice. Missing a discovery deadline is sanctionable. inTrial Manage creates reminder tasks ahead of the SOL and puts your case dates on your calendar. The firm-wide deadline calendar gives managing partners a single view of everything coming due.

  • Enter the SOL date, or pick a preset length (1, 2, or 3 years by default, configurable by your firm) from the incident date
  • SOL reminder tasks at intervals your firm configures (180, 90, 60, and 30 days by default), assigned to the case team by role
  • Optional setting to add SOL dates to your synced calendars
  • Discovery deadlines, hearing dates, and mediation sessions tracked per case and shown on the calendar
  • Firm-wide deadline calendar with color-coded days-until

Frequently asked questions

Is inTrial Manage only for personal injury firms?
Yes. inTrial Manage is purpose-built for plaintiff personal injury law firms. Everything from case phases and medical provider tracking to demand letter drafting and settlement distributions is designed specifically for the PI workflow. This focus means less configuration and a more intuitive experience compared to general-purpose legal software that tries to serve every practice area.
How does inTrial Manage track statute of limitations?
Enter the SOL date, or pick a preset length (1, 2, or 3 years by default, and your firm can change the presets) counted from the incident date. inTrial Manage then creates reminder tasks at intervals your firm configures (180, 90, 60, and 30 days by default) and assigns them to the case team by role. An optional organization setting adds SOL dates to your synced calendars.
Can I migrate cases from Filevine, CASEpeer, or SmartAdvocate?
Yes. Our migration team migrates cases from Filevine, CloudLex, Litify, SmartAdvocate, CASEpeer, Clio, MyCase, and LeadDocket into inTrial Manage. Your team can keep working in your old system while we prepare the migration. Reach out and we will walk you through what is migrated from your system.
How many users can access a case?
There is no limit on how many team members can access a case. Attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff each have configurable access based on their role. You can also restrict sensitive cases to specific team members if needed.
Does inTrial Manage work for multi-practice PI firms?
Yes. Whether your firm handles auto accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, or workers' compensation, each case type can have its own phases, task rules, and tabs. The platform adapts to your firm's mix of cases.
